The number of contacts depends on your search criteria. If you broaden your search criteria you will get higher number of contacts.
How many times in a week will my Relationship Manager call me?
Your Relationship manager will call you once in a week to update you on the new profiles. You can also get in touch with your Relationship Manager on mail if you have any query.
Do you guarantee that I will get a partner if I take Select membership?
Select is a service that makes the partner search easy for you. Your Relationship Manager will, help you in enhancing your profile; help you with partner search; short-list the profiles and send expression of interest. However, finding the perfect match during the 3 month duration depends upon your preferences and acceptance. We can advise you but cannot guarantee that you would find your match through this service.
If I don't get partners in this duration, will I get my money back?

We will refund your entire fee if you have not accepted a single profile within the first 15 days of becoming a Select Member, and have requested refund within this period.
Why are the rates for Select membership so high?
Select charges are higher than normal membership charges because here you get a dedicated Relationship Manager who helps you in your partner search, contacts the prospects and initiates the communication on your behalf. Whereas, in other services members are required to create profiles, search and express interest and communicate on their own.
Does Select membership has an edge over the other memberships, if yes, why?
Yes, this is more personalised search. In other memberships you are searching for your partner on your own. Here in Select, you will get a Relationship Manager to do all the activities for you. The Relationship Manager will not only search within your criteria but also will suggest changes to your profile that would increase expression of interest or accepts.
If I am not happy with the services provide by my Relationship Manager, can I change him/her?
Yes, if by any chance, you are not happy with the services of your Relationship Manager we will assign another Relationship Manager for you.
Will my profile be featured or given a special preference like in the home page if I take this membership?
No. We would like to reiterate that that the primary benefits of this package is the expertise provided by the Relationship Manager.
How many days in a week and number of hours will my Relationship Manager be available to me?
Your Relationship Manager will be available from 10am -6 pm 5 days a week. In the absence of your Relationship Manager, if required, you can contact another Relationship Manager as per the details given by your Relationship Manager.
What are the modes of payment by which I can pay for this membership?
Modes of payment are same as the other memberships. We accept all major Credit cards, Net Banking, cheques & demand drafts. You can also drop payment at convenient locations or ask for free pickup.

The Relationship Manager would deal with only one member of the family. You have an option of changing the nominated family member once during the duration of package.
Will any meetings be arranged for us?
Yes, the Relationship Manager will help in communicating the venue and time of the meeting to the interested parties. However, we would not be responsible for any other arrangement or co-ordination.
